Well....fuck. I got promoted to head of manufacturing at my company. I was already head of R&D (I’m the only member). The plant manager was escorted out today after one too many transgressions.

No additional pay right now. But we’ll see how this plays out...

I’d like to pay more like 14-16/hr for someone who will do inventory management in the morning and then do some labor in the afternoon (fill, label, and pa ckage bottles /jars with cleaning solutions and powders)

Still weird position to be in though. I’m 29. I’m not ready for this. I am now vice president of a company. And I have no familial or pre-org anized ties to it. I showed up last year and ki cked so many asses I am now here.
